Special Issue on Modular Forms and String Theory in honor of Noriko Yui
The Guest Editors for this special issue are
Charles Doran (University of Alberta, Canada)
Yasuhiro Goto (Hokkaido University of Education at Hakodate, Japan)
Ling Long (Louisiana State University, USA)
The issue is related to the
Workshop “Modular Forms in String Theory”
in honor of Noriko Yui, September 25–30, 2016, Banff, Canada.
The main topic of the issue is the interface of number theory and string theory, in particular, various modular forms, zetafunctions, $L$series,
Galois representations, arising from Calabi–Yau manifolds, conformal field theory, quantum field theory, $4D$ gauge theory, and Feynman diagrams and integrals.
Papers from the participants and from other authors whose work fits into the topics are welcome for this issue.
How to Submit an Article to the Issue.
Both original research articles and review papers will be considered (not published or considered for publication elsewhere).
There is no limit to the length of an article. Deadline for paper submission is May 10, 2018.
All articles will go
through the standard peer reviewing procedure of SIGMA.
